While not necessarily a great revenue image, I consider this a reminder that occasionally getting behind the camera is so important. It feels great to get back out in nature!

This image captured over the long weekend up along the Jones Pass road near Henderson Mine. It is a 2-shot blend in order to negotiate the hot clouds.

5DM2, 17-40mm, 3-stop ND 0.9+CP, 5 sec @f/19, ISO 50.

Thank you for looking!

It's got to feel good shooting nature instead of neglected cemeteries in the most economically-depressed part of town.

Nice shot and a good warm up for this weekend. Keep 'em coming!

Are those low clouds over the stream  Thanks for including the tech details. Helps us beginners.

Very soothing and relaxing image. The exposure balance looks perfect to me. I could take a nap right there on the edge of that frame...

Good to see you shooting nature again. Thanks for the reminder to get away from work now and then and enjoy smelling the flowers.

Nice image. Like the break in the clouds.

Good to see you posting again. This is a simple scene, yes, but also simply beautiful. Excellent exposure blends and color.

This is a lovely, well processed, image. Simple and beautiful. I think if I'd walked past this, I would have missed it. That would have been my loss.
