Three Lesser Black Back Gulls
One of a series of pictures of these gulls following the ferry from Mull to Oban, something to do when sailing over the water

Canon 40D Canon 17-85 zoom at 85mm f5, 1/500 sec ISO 400

Particularly like the central gull, beautiful sky and all well exposed Ron.I feel that a vertical comp may have worked better or a better arrangement within the landscape format would have improved the image.I just feel that 3 stacked above each other doesn't quite work so well.

I agree -vertical might improve a nice image.

I like it Ron, landscape but a little of the top and right, makes the central bird a little stronger in the picture?

I can't quite make my mind up on this one Ron. It hasn't really grabbed my attention at first viewing but I cannot quite reason why.
