Well caught Ron. Nice comp and pose with the bird looking over it's shoulder and the perch in just the right area of the frame. I do think it could do with a bit more punch though, perhaps a bit of extra contrast. Certainly an attractive bird (one which I have never seen).

Nice capture Ron, although the second post looks a tad lighter than the first..? I dragged your 2nd images into PS and tweaked the Exposure a little by setting the Gamma correction to about 0.85 and think it gives the image a lot more 'punch'... Just a thought.
