Bird ID Help please!

I shot this photo just outside Chicago yesterday. I think it might be a female rufous sided towhee but I am not sure. I did not hear a call and only had 10 seconds to view and photograph the bird at long range. I know I have never seen this bird before. It had rusty, orange color on its back along with black patches. It was about the size of a robin. Any help would be greatly apprciated.

I agree, I definitely think this is a male Orchard Oriole. Nice that he posed out in the open for you.
