The Bobby Charlton of the Tufty Club.
Keeping up appearances when you're down to your last few strands of tuft is a losing battle.Still you can always bleach your tail and make sure your nails look nice.

Hi Phil, detail, sharpness & clarity spot on and the 'classic' pose with the curved tail. Might like to have seen a fraction more of the log as it's just a fraction too close to the foot of the image. Not sure if the fern adds to it, a bit like my grass head yesterday. Difficult, but if you could knock back the highlights in the BG around the tail it would help IMHO.

Still a good shot.

Very nice indeed, I,d be pretty gtateful to get one like this. Really being picky I think the animal would be a little better more to the left. I think the fern leaf actually "ties" things together a little and should stay. Maybe tone it down a bit.
Good stuff whatever.

I like the fern leaf but would tone down the brighter area around the tail, excellent shot well done :toast: :toast:

Really cute image Phil. I'm with Steve regarding a little bit more of the log but I quite like the fern and I dont think I could, with my minimal ability in Photodhop, tone down around that hairy tail. Saying that I don't find it too bad anyway (easy cop out  ) !

A lovely image. Plenty of detail and the eye nicely caught. Agree I would prefer a little more log at the bottom but I don't have a problem with the fern. Would be very happy to have an image like this. :wavey:

Going to Formby Point next Friday with our conservation group, so hope to see some reds. Didn't see any last time we went a couple of months ago. If I get an image half as good as this I'll be pleased. Very nice indeed. I like the wisps of hair on its ears.
