Crested Butte and San Juan's hot spots?

I'm heading out Sunday for a week, first to the Crested Butte area, then to the San Juan's with Ouray as a base. Any last minute tips on areas that are "popping"?

I can tell you where every Sonic Drive-In in Colorado is located, if that helps.
