Great shot John.
At the moment we have four of them in de the garden, but they don't like to be photographed.
As soon as I'm in the garden they aren't. :)

Fantastic shot. Have you done a species list for your garden?
Posted by John Robinson on July 26, 2010 at 5:37 AM
Thanks all.
Appreciated.
Andrew - No I haven't , but it would be a bit unfair really as I live right in the middle of a National Nature Reserve and my "garden " is surrounded by Oak forest and meadows with a trout stream 100 yards away.

good stuff John although something strange going on with the border????
Posted by John Robinson on July 26, 2010 at 7:22 AM
Ben - yes when I selected the border to put the drop shadow on I had the selection options wrong and its bled into the pale bits. Also ther,s some wierd duplicating on the rght side which is a querk of CZM which I forgot to take off.

John, good capture of a skittish bird. Exposure spot on with nice catchlight in the eye. Lot of these around this year, cackling away ............ :toast:

Good capture of a very attractive subject John.
The weird duplicating that you mention on the rhs is actually on all 4 sides.Does that happen every time and then you have to crop inside the image to remove it?

Yes Phil
I have only just had time to sort it. It does mention it in the help section. It only does it when it feels like it ! Mainly single images.
rectified one posted.
