It seems like a lot of people have been spending time in the San Juans...I was one of them. My family made our annual trip to Lake City, CO and as luck would have it, our only computer crashed and may (I can only hope!) be unfixable. Any computer recommendations are appreciated. Anyways, I've been shooting with a new camera...the Panasonic GF1. Jack B. can sing its praises. I love it...it has taken some getting used to, but the three weeks in Lake City allowed me the time to do so. Thanks in advance for looking. More from the trip can be seen here:
I definitely enjoyed my time in Lake City. As always, it was too short and I didn't get out as much as I wanted. If I can recover all the files from my crashed laptop, I've got a lot more images to post! I hope I can recover them, but I hope I "have" to get a new computer. One of these summers, we'll have to get together for that hike you mentioned (or is that the one you did in the Weminuche Wilderness?)
I like all of the ones you've posted here. Unique work, for sure!
And I really like P1000743_modb&w (aspen grove in b&w) and P1000759_mod (water drops on leaves) at Flickr.

Looks like you had a fun and fruitful trip to me!
