Shamed by Scott and Paul's expedience, I'll jump on the Wind River bandwagon with the first couple of shots that I've worked up.
Looking SE over Big Sandy Lake into the Temples from just above our camp.
This is a single exposure processed through LR and PS. This was last Friday night. The moonrise was perfectly timed with the last light. I was even blessed with some clouds making brief appearances (you could watch them come and go within minutes).

This is a wider, earlier, view of the same scene. This is a single frame. I've got some shots to stitch but the sky transitions are taking some work.
This is a 6 stop fusion through photomatix, then tweaked in LR and PS. I'm not quite sure it's 'done', so let me know what you think.
This was taken with the Nikon 14-24 which continues to impress me.
what a trip-looks like you guys had a fun time regardless of the lack of clouds. I like #2 b/c the foreground is a bit brighter with more detail, although I would preserve more shadow in the trees on the other side of the lake. The comp in #1 w/ the moonset is nice if you could do a similar treatment on that one too. Nice shots!
Love #2 - don't think I've seen a nice wide shot of Big Sandy Lake like that. The colors reflected in the lake are really nice.

The position of the moon in the first is just about perfect and the light on the peaks is very nice. I really like the perspective in the second, it really conveys the size of the lake well.

Thanks everyone. I'm slightly surprised that #2 got the kudos. I think it needs a little more work and that #1 looked a little more 'natural'. I appreciate the input!
I like #2 as well, it feels like there's more terrain for my eyes to explore, whereas #1 seems a bit two-dimensional. I be curious to see what you come up with when you're done stitching. The bottom half looks great to me, but I could see playing with the top a bit more. There's a hint of pink in the reflection that doesn't seem to match the color above. I might also be tempted to crop out some sky.
