Parry Primrose Parade
They were practically perfect. This was from two weeks ago at Long Lake, and they are probably toast by now.

And #4

Wow, those are some gorgeous looking blooms. Out of the 4 I think I like third the best, but I like how the first shows a nice line of blooms all the way up the hill.

I agree with Paul. They are all great shots, but I think the comp on #3 really stands out to me. Good work Morris!

Really nice. #3 also stands out to me. So does the first one.

..and I like the more intimate portrait of #4.
But hell....I like 'em all! Excellent 'development', btw.

#3 is nice, but I love the Zen of #1 - rocks and blooms perfectly arranged... Well seen.

Another vote for #1. A composition I would never have noticed.

Great color and comps! I like #4 then #3 for the closer detail on the blooms. Very nice, lush feel! :toast:

One of my favorite wildflowers. #3 and #1 are my favorites.

Nice! Love #3 especially. I might crop out the brown in #1. Good stuff, Morris.

Morris, I'm always amazed by your ability to see comps in chaotic vegetation. 3 and 4 are probably strongest overall, but #2 appeals to me a lot as well. The lighter greens in front and darker in back give it depth, and the blooms lead the eye around the scene nicely.
