Here is a link to more of my photos taken last week around Ouray and Silverton. I never managed to get any great morning light....it was either totally sunny or cloudy, but the bloom was fantastic. This photo is from the view off Road 825.

This is a beauty, Tony, and the whole set is great. I really like the "View from Road 825", those low-lying clouds are killer!

NIce set Tony! Looks like you were there a little earlier than I and the flowers were a little more abundant. I like #1,#2, #4 and #7. Love how the low hanging clouds in a lot of these give a sense of how high some of these basins really are. Excellent work

Very nice! It's always interesting how completely different a place can look through another photographer's lens - that's why I love looking at other people's pictures of places I've been. I especially like the first one in your portfolio of YBB with the sweet sunlight on the mountains.

Tony, despite the light conditions, you managed to create a very nice set of images.....terrific work!
I LOVE this shot, Tony! Perhaps I'm particularly fond of it because all these mountains shown here are my winter stomping grounds. By the way, I don't think the light could be any better - it's at the perfect angle to show off the green, and the clouds and shadows are great too. Awesome! Nice shots on your site too, especially the last American Basin one.

Nice captures Tony!!
Sounded to me from some other posts that you were late for some areas (AB, in particular). Glad that wasn't the case elsewhere!
I agree, the low clouds are awesome.
