Alien Trees
I was in Roswell, NM for 3 days last week for my daughter's graduation from Eastern New Mexico University/Roswell and went out for a sunrise Thursday morning. I was shooting some backlit trees in a pecan orchard and when I looked over my shoulder I saw the sunrise glowing on the trees behind me. With all the alien stuff associated with Roswell, it kind of makes one wonder when trees get lit up like this.
There is minimal processing in LR. I cropped out some junk and adjusted the black point. No adjustments to color or saturation. What you see is what I shot.

P.S. This is my first ever posting of a shot here so be kind.

Wow, that is some saturated colour on those trunks, I really like the contrast though between the red and the green grass. These Alien trees work for me!.

I'm surprised to hear it's your first post here. That is some spooky cool light on those trees.
