I am looking for fairly simple web designs like those offered by Smugmug, and Zenfolio. I really like Smugmug but I would need customization which runs somewhere around 1500 bucks when all is said and done. I then ran onto a UK company called Photium and really like the interface. Anyone know anything about them or use them? Joe Rogers

Joe, we had a fantastic experience with Wide Range Galleries. Worth checking out their website and sending an email to them. Prices vary depending on your neeeds. They were willing to discuss our ideas, and tried very hard to meet our vision for the website. Also helpful afterwards when we had questions or need to make small changes. are top guys! Prior to that, we used Clickpic, which is a template.

Hey Joe,

I been using Photium for a couple of years and have nothing but good things to say about them. The few questions I've had, have been addressed promptly and professionally. Without knowing what kind of customization your looking for, it would be impossible for me to say what's possible. I would send Will a note and ask him about what you're looking for. You can also sign up for the free 30 day trail and start experimenting. Good luck and feel free to email me if you have any specific questions...

Joe,
A web site in our line of endeavor will need to be updated regularly with our art/Photography, so the service should address frequent uploads/updates, and also changes as you expand your scope. It should speak to your own vision and what "image" you'd like to convey to your viewers.
Hope that helps
Frank
