All year I have been after Kingfishers, had a site but did'nt work out so everytime I see a Kingfisher image on UKNP it reminds me of my lack of images of these amazing birds,I have found a site in the last two days though so maybe. In the meantime this is one of your best KF images to date because of the strong composition, the space, the BG and the amazing detail, well done Karen   :wavey:

Karen, another excellent Kingfisher shot. I emphasis with Craig's situation having also spent three weeks earlier this year on Kingfishers with little to show.

Flawless is most definitely the right word for this one Karen.
Do you have your own hide set up or is this from a public hide?Either way it doesn't detract from a cracking portrait.
