Female Linnet
Well I am pretty sure its a female linnet but please correct me if I am wrong as I have never seen one thought it was a young one at first, am sure someone will tell me.

Canon 1DMK4,Canon 500f4L + 1.4 convertor,ISO 800,f8,1/640

I can identify a bird's foot trefoil but not LBJ's so I can't help you there Karen. :rolleyes: An excellent image though, that I do know. :smile: :wink:

Hi Karen,

looks like a Linnet to me as well ( not that makes it a positive ID ) :jump:

a very nice shot and good background maybe just maybe a bit off the right hand side to give it more room to look into or a bit more room on the right if you have it.

Other than that very minor nit :toast: :toast:
