Sunflowers again
Thanks a lot John for the location of the sunflower field - I was there Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon to get a few pictures. Met Jesse, Nat Sunday afternoon ( my apologies for not remembering the names of the other two gentlemen ) - it was nice to see you there. Didn't get much time to do post processing on the pics but here is one from Saturday morning, will try to post a few more whenever I get some time.

A 2 stop GND used on this one.

Thanks for watching and your comments and critique on this.

.. and another one from Sunday evening

I like the second one very much! This certainly is a great location. I think they look too magenta however. The large sunflower in the LRC in the first one would look better if it was all in focus. Very nice comps Soubhik!

First sunflower images of the year!
The first has a very strong magenta cast. A simple 'AutoColor' correction fixes that right up.
Nice sunset with #2, and I like how the flowers are turned away from the camera.
I would like to have seen just a hair more on the left and bottom so those few flowers weren't cropped off.
Hope you keep returning to this spot. Looks like it has great potential, unlike the sunflower fields down this way. :frown:

I think it's well worth the time and effort to get 'em right before posting them here myself.

I think the second one is great, I really like the composition, but I think the color balance is a little off on the sunflowers.

Definitely like #2 and yeah, some color correction would really make it sing. Excellent comp!
