Looks like a Dunnock to me but still very nice. A bit grainy but that's easily fixed.

Strange to see a Dunnock surrounded by bracken but they can turn up anywhere !
Nice shot.

Minor nit covered but a very nice image Bronia. The lovely green of the surroundings suits the bird very well

Cor thats nice! The mushy green bracken is beautiful and really sets the bird off. I'd prefer a wee crop off the top to lose the green bit top left - cropping just above the wee frond thats popping in from the top right, which I dont think will make the bird too enclosed. This has a super quality to it that I really like.

I would have plumped for a juvenile stonechat given the back streaking, pale throat, breast spotting and the fact it is in bracken.......

Nice image whatever it is!

The background certainly makes it stand out and makes it different to the norm. Nice work.

Loving the shades of green on this Bronia, the pale spots on the wing say Dunnock, but the mottled shades of brown on the breast look like a Stonechat. whichever LBJ it is it's a nice capture.

Whatever it is, Bronia, you've created a beautiful image with that blurring. A bit of noise reduction might help the graininess. By the way, no sign of divers today :frown:

Looks pretty good and like the mush setting for the bird. A little bit of noise present in the shot but overall very nice.

Hi All thanks for comments, I will have a go with noise reduction later. I have had to work this weekend so not a lot of time
