Out of the blue
I have just come back from Svalbard which is a wonderful place, full of wildlife. We had come across this wonderful Iceberg with lots of birds feeding around the base. I noticed some birds flying in and managed to get this shot as one passed in just the right place.

Canon 1D MK4, 500mm Lens, F5.6, 1/400, ISO 200

Hate to say it Danny, and you'll hate me for it, but this is art mate! Bloody superb! Lighting, timing, composition, the lot.

A stonking shot Danny. If I had gone all the way to Svalbard, I would be well pleased to come back with one or two shots like that. :toast: :jump: :jump: :jump:

Perfect title. The gull stands out really well against the darker blue streak of the iceberg. Brilliant timing and very arty. You want to keep at this Danny, you never know some day you may become a photographer   :wavey:
