As promised, here is a quick and dirty sample of the wildflower conditions at Paradise on Thursday. I chose shots with lots of foreground so y'all could zoom in to see the foliage and predict additional bloom potential for next week. As mentioned in another thread, the number of not yet opened lupine blooms was huge, and it was somewhat less but similar with the paintbrush. Lots of green brushes not yet turning magenta.

So, here are two more links to my Photobucket acct. so I can share more than the limit of 1 ;-)

Marylynne, Agree w/Amy....super photo! The light is soft throughout and very balanced and inviting. I will be curious how the lupine come through. Seems really patchy. Next weekend relatives arrive...then I am off to east coast....dang...oh well...gotta pay the bills.

Marylynne, I like how you've got some detail in the foreground. I wonder how this would look with more foreground and less sky...I really really like the Mount Rainier image, even in mid-day it works quite well.

Keep 'em coming.
