Ok here it is, I would like to know if anyone can share their experience with publishing books. Who to contact, where to go, how to get started with the right printer. So far the places I have Printed my Coffee Table Books are far too pricey for the market.
Would be nice to know what sort of profit margin to look for was well and what to expect.

I think I need to re-state or elaborate that Im looking at REAL publishing instead of Blurb, My Publisher and such or any other place where you buy onesie and twosies. I'm talking full marketing and fulfillment . I'm sorta aiming this at Todd, Grant and a few others that have been using over seas print houses.
