Brown Hawker Munching
Hi All :wavey:
One from earlier today, I was not set up for this as I was actually photographing them in flight when all of a sudden this specimen landed close to me with a damselfly in its mouth. I had to quickly change position and also had on 300mm f4 and 1.7tc so made life dificult but only had chance for 3 frames. This was the best not perfect but still pleased with it, what do you think?

You've captured the moment that's what counts, IMO. I had a similar experience with a totally different winged creature, which I don't normally photograph, this morning, managed to grab a shot which I will be posting later tonight. Very satisfying when you capture these moments. Well done., Shaun.

It's a good capture Shaun, especially of such a difficult species to photograph, I gave up on these's years ago
