Missouri Lakes Parking Lot?

I am thinking about heading to the Missouri Lakes area this weekend for an overnight stay. The trail looks like it goes by Fancy Lake and Tresure Vault Lake as well. Can anybody tell me if I would have any problems getting to the parking lot to start in the hike with a Subaru Outback? I know there are a lot of 4X4 trails over there, but I have not been able to get clear understanding of how it is to just the parking lot area? Thanks in advance!

No problems with that road, Koveh. Your Subaru will handle it with no problems.

Just make sure you don't take the road one before. Cause it (Holy Cross) is alot tougher than the road up to Missouri Lakes trailhead

Holy Cross Trail

The other road is a smooth graded dirt.

Errr..yeah I am pretty sure my Subaru would have some problems with that Holy Cross Trail. =) Thank you both for the quick response and great info!

I've driven to the Missouri Lakes parking lot in a Jetta with no problems, so your Subaru will be just fine.
