Experimenting(C)
Gaillardia (For my gardening mate ! )
This is done in controlled conditions.
The background is an OOF shot of the type of backdrop you would get with a subject in the field. It is then printed on A3 (which I can't afford so I get it done by a friend) and used as a backdrop. I have a whole selection done. We used to use spray paint in the old days onto hardboard but that,s all gone out de window .
Its all good fun and I reckon what photography should be all about.
D200
have a go. It opens up a whole new world and if I can do it anybody can,cos I,m stoopid.
100 ISO
Top flower sprayed but not the others
15th sec @f4
Sigma 50 mm macro
9 stacked pics in CZm
Slight crop.

Very 3D-like John. A nice mixture of arcane and modern techniques.  I'll give this ago when I get my 3D set up working after my two Sigma SD14s have been serviced, though I am tempted by the new Fujifilm W3 http://www.pocket-lint.com/review/4930/fujifilm-finepix-3d-w3-camera to get me started.

Hi John
I get mine printed on canvas, then if you use flash you get no reflection and it dosn't matter if they get wet.
