Went down yesterday and happy to report that unlike last year there are 3 large cornfields on the Farm Loop that are doing very well. For those who visited the Bosque last winter you may remember that the lack of corn caused many of the cranes to go elsewhere. This winter should be much much better.

Thanks for the update, Sally. Now we need to hope they don't plow the fields under too early and too far from the loop.

I was there in mid January for the first time and there were LOTS of cranes. If that was a bad year, I really need to get down there in a good year. Thanks for the update.

Thanks Sally. We will keep our fingers crossed for a large turnout of cranes.
