Camera Model Canon EOS 50D
Tv( Shutter Speed ) 1/500
Av( Aperture Value ) 5.6
ISO Speed 200
canon 100-400 @400
Could have had lower iso but it was taken from my car and I had to be quick. Some people have said this is a sparrowhawk but i think it is a Buzzard.

It is a Sparrow Hawk Cameron the eye gives it away, nice shot but maybe a lot of space to the left of the picture i think.

Lovely shot Cameron.
Might work even better in portrait mode.

I also immediately thought juvenile sparrowhawk. I think the fluffed up stance is making it seem bigger than it actually is.
When you start looking in more detail, the jizz is all wrong for a buzzard, feet size, head shape, bill to eye distance
Whatever ist still a nice shot

I agree with the comments above but this is a shot that was very well spotted and sometimes you have to make the best of opportunities, well done.
