I think this a juvi Cooper's because I think it was to large for a Sharp Shinned. Might be a Northern Goshawk. Sorry for not getting a full body shot, but shooting into a willow tree poses it's own problems. The behavior was very interesting as it was harassing three Great Horned Owls. It appeared that it was trying to get them to fly, but they refused to budge. It decided to depart before I could get anything but these grab shots.
