Hey peeps! Sorry I haven't been around much as of late! Nancy & I have been going hard on building our photography business with little time for other noise! but - we did go up to Mt. Rainier a few days back and I came home with this image.
It isn't a shot of Rainier but I do think it's rather pleasant enough. The flowers at Rainier right now aren't that impressive yet above either Paradise or Sunrise. But the damn skeeters are relentless!! I was constantly waving my arms to keep them at bay as I shot.
This shot was taken at that tight 180 degree turn in the road to Sunrise. The view had all these awesome layers in it. Bummer I was way too busy swatting skeeters to notice the flare in the shot but I like it anyway!

Nice to see a post again Rick! I love the overall blue feel to the photo, it matches well with the hazy depth of the receding ridges.
