I am new to CS4 (and NPN), and definitely on a steep learning curve. I have "homework" to merge three files using HDR. When I get to the merge to HDR step, the following message pops up: "JavaScript code was missing."
I am running OSX 10.6.4.
Don't know if this is a related problem but when I attempt to update CS4, I get the following message about 3 updates (Adobe Raw 5.7 Update; Adobe Extension Manager CS4 2.1; and Service Update): "You're resuming a download, but the file on the server has changed." This message stops the downloads.
Sounds like you need to reinstall. Looks like it partially downloaded an update that failed and has now changed. First Deactivate, so your license count stays correct. Then download the latest version of CS4 and install. I am not familiar with Apples, but if you can Uninstall the current copy first, that is always best.

What should I try next (please be explicit)!
