Cascade
A cascade at a low water crossing along the Trinity River in Fort Worth. Not the most wild of natural settings but standing in a little water has been about the best photography idea this hot August

Waiting for fall and ready to get west!

Sweet, Darren. Great composition, and excellent choice for B/W. Judging from the aspect ratio, I'm guessing this was taken with a DSLR?

Thanks and yes, with my 50D. I went back the next day with the 4x5 for something similar.

I have three camera setups and really use all three quite a bit. 4x5 for the best light or b+w but I will not use it unless conditions are very good since its $5/image. DSLR-50D for most situations. Actually I probably use this the most since it has the easiest way to have extreme focal lengths plus the "free film". Panny LX-3 for my take everywhere, go on a walk, throw in my briefcase kinda camera.

Very nice composition, Darren, reminds me a lot of a small version of Natural Dam here in Arkansas.
