That Tiger stare!!!
Last one before internet goes, albeit sporadic and to post something different.

Taken in one of the many Indian National Reserves. Anyone who has seen a real Royal Bengal Tiger will know what that really feels like.

MKIII 70-200f/2.8 1/320sec f/6.3 (HH, slight crop)

Sorry Shaun, not the award one, LOL :wavey:

Wow!  The detail is fantastic and the expression/stare is awesome - just brilliant! You were incredibly close - through glass?

Agree with Ian, it is fantastically sharp, and those eyes just seem to follow you. It must have been an incredible experience.

Don't know if it is me, but there seems to be a hint of sadness in those eyes. A wonderful image.

With a 70-200 you were very close and the results speak for themselves.
Looking forward to seeing the results of this trip
