After lurking for a few months, I decided it would be a good idea to introduce myself. My name is Mark Zane, and I hail from Ontario, Canada. Photography has been a part of my life from early childhood, and continues to be a real passion and enjoyment for me now. I started in the film era (47 years old), but slowed down when film cost and processing got out of hand for me. I have started again with digital about two years ago ... am going full tilt! I am loving every minute of it ... well mostly! I focus on nature & wildlife photography, but do other types as well, just to keep the learning going!
This site has been a real inspiration to me, and a help in upgrading my technique and skill. I look forward to learning more each day!
As I post pictures, please feel free to critique as needed ... no worries on being harsh or critical ... it's how I learn!
