I think it's just wrong that the Tom Till Photography Facebook page has 1,030 people who "like" it and I've only got 769.
I'm way cooler than ol' Tom. I mean, he's a nice guy and all, but come on! I'm the new 40 year old kid on the block. He's the old school "Moab photographer" while I'm the fresh blood, the up and comer, the underdog. People root for the underdog, don't they?
So, if you haven't already "liked" the Bret Edge Photography Facebook page now is as good a time as any to check it out and "like" me - if you actually do, that is. Help me send a message to Mr. Till that he's got some friendly competition in town. Don't worry, I don't use my FB page to spam peeps with persistent marketing messages and other trash. I post photos, news I find noteworthy, announce new blog posts, share random thoughts and occasionally mention an upcoming workshop. I also offer bribes every once in a while, er, I mean...give away free stuff. Besides, I guarantee you'll never see anything about tarantula butts on Tom's page. (Thanks, CAZ!)

Bret ~ just wanted to tell you that your canvas shot looked GREAT on your FB page. I know many folks were commenting about your goatee there.....but my initial thought was ~

Frankly, I'm a bit concerned about the references to "old" guys. And those legs are disturbing on so many levels. Took me 3 days to get that visual out of my mind only to have it recur when I read the latest post. MAKE IT STOP!

If Facebook wasn't such a privacy black hole, I would be MORE than happy to "like" you, but I abandoned Facebook a long time ago...So please accept that I "Like" your Facebook page, even if I don't really do it
