I took this shot of a Garden Spider in my backyard the other day. I have never spent time watching a spider actualy making it's web before, it was amazing. I tried some with a lighter background as well but thought that the darker background showed both the spider and the web better.

Some excellent detail in this shot, it's marvelous how they make those webs.
Well captured.

Nice to see it making it web, but would like to see the spider from maybe a different direction or perspective. Would look quite a bit more impressive with some dew - icing on the cake!
