Hi all, thanks for the feedback on yesterdays upload. Much appreciated! Todays is the 2nd installment of the series of Perigrine images. She's having a good shake after preening. My intention was to capture the Bird's body in a blurr of feathers, while keeping the head tack sharp! Nearly but not quite the blurr I wanted. All C&C's most welcome.
Thanks,
Paul.

Well, I would say that's worked .. The sharply focussed head emerging from the oof background and feathers is excellent. I'm wondering if it might be worth lifting the shadow on the left (as we look) eye a tad?

Looks liked to nailed that! Be careful with lifting the shadow (i think it might be a subtle change).
Great detail in the face. The pink OOF heather makes a lovely setting. I'm not sure whether I would prefer all the wings in the frame (but I assume thats not possible). Still a lovely capture.
