Speaking of fall...tomorrow is the official publication date of my latest book, "Colorado's Seasons of Gold," a 220-page tribute to autumn on the Western Slope. It's already in a number of bookstores in the mountains and should be in most others in Colorado in the next few weeks. Of course it's also available on my website. A preview sample of some of the pages of the book can be seen at http://www.rodhanna.com/book.php.

Congratulations Rod! I've always wanted to do a Colorado fall book, but now I don't need to. I can just look at yours. Any RMNP member specials?

Great to hear that it is available in stores. I saw this book while in Steamboat in July, over drinks with Rod, CAZ, Rene and Chris Rice... great shots and also shows some place you might not think of heading to in the fall.

BTW, one thought on your flash preview. Is there any way to turn off the shadowed gutter effect? I know they included it to make the presentation appear to have more depth, but it really darkens the parts of your images that fall within the effect, much to their detriment.

Congrats! Looks like a very elegant presentation, with lots of information too. And gorgeous images throughout. I'll keep my eyes out for it in the bookstores; I'd love to see it in person.
Woo hoo! Congratulations, Rod. Be sure to bring a copy of the book with you next time we get together. Can't wait to thumb through it!

Tried to buy one for a birthday present this week
from Barnes & Noble. They accepted the order,
but then cancelled it. It is on the shelf of the local
Barnes & Noble in Grand Jct, but it is wrapped in
plastic so guys like me can't look at it. Will order
it again when Amazon gets on board. Samples
from your sight look fantastic.

Excellent work Rod! I was planning to skip CO colors this year and head to MI instead, but I might just have to make a quick weekend trip! Can't wait to order the book!
