The evening light was beautiful when this bear showed up.He parked himself down and enjoyed the sunshine for a few minutes before going on about his business.

Super pose in lovely light and good background.Not sure about the stump but that's minor.

Nicely composed, I like the small tree next to the bear as i feel it adds to the image-would look bear without it-oh dear,Looks like a great trip

Excellent stuff. The tree really helps too. Stump a teeny bit eye grabbing but I can live with it !! :wink:

Thanks for all the comments, the stump would have been easy to remove as would the other little stump between the bears legs lol but they were both there so I decided to leave them. Julian we were blessed with fabulous weather and light which you are right makes all the difference. The flipside was that it was 32 deg C inside those little boxes, 7am and fresh air was a very welcome relief :wink:
