Drove up there this morning. Lots of wildflowers....not a lot of great wildflower foreground comps. Few bugs.

Canon 1Dsmk2 and 17-40

That is a very good capture! The color is clean and sky w/those particular clouds are special. You might get some saying the f/g is dark...but, I just like it...seems genuine to the eye as if I were there.

Mike,
Ken took the words out of my mouth. The foreground may be a bit too dark but easily fixed. Other wise an excellent shot!

Excellent scene, Mike, I'm on the fence about the foreground. I like it as is, but can see it a bit lighter too...Nicely done.

Beautiful view Mike. I'd try /1/2 to full stop light on the foreground, not to overdo, but just to bring out a tad more detail and leave the focus on the Mountain.

Very nice. I like the dark to light image portrayed.
