Here's a few from a cloudy morning in Telluride last week. More here.

Does the monochrome treatment on this shot work for anyone here?

Monochrome looks fine here. I doubt there's very much color in the scene anyways, so it was probably a good choice. You could post the color version for confirmation/second opinions, though.

I like your Cloudy Morning 1 shot. The monochrome image seems to need more contrast to me.
