I spent a few hours Sunday morning in Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains. The fog was lifting and the fields were freshly baled. I am not sure I really got everything I was envisioning but its always a neat place at sunrise before the hordes arrive. A few other images are here: http://www.edfuhr.com/gallery/smokies-2010/

Nice series, Ed. I like the ethereal feel of the fog and backlit grass.

What Don said. Pastoral, with some beautiful light and weather conditions.

All are excellent, but the first one in the collection really stand out. I can feel the crispness and smell the fresh morning air. I'd say it was a productive morning.
