Hang about for a night out.
Macro and even more Macro the little things in life are just great.

My take on the two subjects in a shot. A great visit to Holland produced a much higher ratio of keepers for me.

Canon 1D3 Canon 180mm ringflash Tripod ISO400 180mm f/10 1/300sec

Critique, Advice, and comments most welcome and thanks for looking.

The best of the series I reckon. You don't often get them in couples like this.
Lucky you.

Thanks guy's going Dutch was a great idea and Jeroen was a top host willing to share his knowledge the 04:00hrs starts paid exceptional dividends.

Not all the Banded Dragonflies had a peaceful night from the evidence I gathered.

I really like this image and the BG is superb. I just feel that I would like the subjects a bit higher in the frame. :wavey:

These guys are real pretty! Everything looks good to me Barry i.e. light & BG, but I'm not very certain that the comp works though.

great looking subjects and a lovely background Barry. The comp perhaps isn't ideal but not much you could do about that given where they were placed on the grass.
