Egret at twilight
Hello all :wavey:

It's been a while for me, so looking back at some shots from last year. This Egret was flying across to a small island. It was in the shade as the sun was right down on the horizon, so the nearby trees etc where casting huge shadows. I like the slight blue glow of the feathers this light has caused as they compliment the subtle tones of the pastel coloured sky reflecting in the water.

Richard, I also like the pastel tones. The subtle contrast between the blue of the feathers and the pink of the water works very well indeed. Andrew
