Have yet to post any pics, just enjoying all the amazing images. I have some Yellowstone/Teton shots, but some of my best (my opinion of course) are of my dogs! What gallery should I post pet pics in? They aren't "posed" shots, but out in the field pics. Thanks for any guidance...

Jerry: Domesticated animals usually are posted in Man and Nature. Hope you have some flower shots to treat us to. >=))>
Welcome!
Looking forward to your nature shots too!

Jerry,
Bill pretty much answered the question, but I would go even further and say that even the "Man & Nature" gallery is not a "post a picture of your pet" gallery. Of course the main focus here is Nature, but the M&N gallery was set up for probably exactly what you're looking for. Here is a great example of what might be accepted in that gallery.
We all love our pets, but nature-focused is the main idea here.
Thanks Lon, and I do have tons of nature/wildlife shots...The quality of images on NPN is pretty amazing...Don't want to post crappy stuff!! Some of the feedback I see on images that I would kill for makes me little hesitant. My best shots have been of my dogs in natural, outdoor settings...I would never post anything that "didn't fit".
Welcome, Jerry. It'd be nice to see your dog. Be good to see your other images, too. This is a great place to learn how to improve your photography. The best way to do that is to start as you are by looking at others' posts and figuring out what you enjoy about the image and what you think you might change if you were to shoot it. Then make comments on posts. When you feel comfortable (even if you don't !), break the ice and put an image up yourself. For the most part, NPN is a pretty gentle group as far as critiques go. And we all started the same place you did. So, no pressure, but c'mon in, the water's fine!
Hey Catherine, thanks for the vote of confidence...Just having technical probs trying to resize pics in Aperture...And I can't post RAW images correct? They have to be JPEG?
