The God Of The Sky -Norfolk
In Greek mythology 'Zeus' was the King Of The Gods,God of the Sky, Lightning and Thunder. So while spending the last two days with clients photographing the spring tides at Norfolk we where treated one evening to this amazing sunset,a mixture of several different cloud formations, dark, light angry looking clouds with the sun peering through. Here I shot in portrait composition as I wanted to capture and convey the sheer size and the different clouds, shapes and colours and also the very last waders flying to their overnight roost. But look deeper into the image and there is a mouth/lips that appears, maybe where Zeus, the god of the sky made his presence known. An amazing, powerful scence came over the whole coastline. Returning tomorrow, hoping for sunshine.

I hope you had a better morning yesterday (with more Knot present) than we had on Thursday - it was nice to see you again Craig and, by the way, that's one superb sunset image :toast: :toast:

All that Zeus stuff is fine by me , Craig but then, I'm an English teacher so what do you expect? I'm down there early October. If I get a sky like that I shall praise the gods and my 7D! Stunning shot!
Rosie.
