Went to Kenosha Pass today for a hike and to look for color.
The photos posted here are nothing great -- pretty much just snapshots to give you an idea of the progress around there. The color is coming along nicely; I'd say around 30% have turned and are looking great. If you're looking for a location close to Denver and are looking to shoot now, I'd give it a try.

Thanks for the scout Jeff. Hmmm, could it be an early peak this year?

Kenosha always seems to the first.

Wow, Kenosha seems to be coming along well. I was driving through Breck/Vail areas and the colors there also seem to be progressing. Is the Crested Butte area really behind?

Hittin' it Sunday! If Kenosha is looking like this, I can only imagine how good Boreas looks

Hittin it Sunday too. Looks like a party on Kenosha and Boreas Pass. Let's just hope the wind today isn't too horrific.

Yesterday was great up in Kenosha except for the lack of clouds.
