Hypholoma Fasciculare - Sulphur Tuft
Hi all :wavey:
Heres another fungi photo from yesterday, just processed this one, and I really like the composition what does everyone think, I must admit I could be a bit biased because I really do enjoy photographing fungi.

Techs D300, 105mm macro f16/1/4sec tripod remot release MLU, gold reflector.

Thanks for looking and all comments welcome as usual

A nice, simple NH image and showing the fungi in its environment. I wonder of the rim of the Parasol in the BG competes a little..?

I like the idea but am not sure wether F16 was the right choice as this way the BG tends to compete with the foreground.
With subjects like these "stacking" on a low F-number might have been the right thing to do.

Thanks for the comments,Jeroen purposely didn't stack this as I wanted the background to have an influence, in hindsite I agree with you it would have been best to have done so, did some others stacked on the day (but not this composition) and fungi look fantastic like that conquers all the dof problems ith them.
