Where's David ?
I ran across this Green Heron at Ridgefield and he was upset. Apparently he was expecting to be the subject of a photoshoot with David B. this morning, but David never showed.

I think it may be the same green heron that David shot last week. A patient subject, he posed for over 3 hours, catching 2 large frogs and a dragon fly that got too close. (SEE BELOW)

Is it considered to be "Fast Food" if you snatch it out of the air?

This little guy is quite the willing model; nice pose! Despite the focus being a little off, the dragonfly shot is very cool too.

Very cool images, Craig. Love the one with the Dragonfly...

Oh, by the way, I am across the pond, in Vienna right now...will be leaving for Paris in a few days and back to the states in a week or so...then back to tracking down that Heron.

The dragonfly shot is great Craig. The bird seems to be saying, "Yeah I know I'm cool, because I can snag dragonflies out of the air".
