Roe Deer
Still wading through images taken last week in Holland in the company of Jeroen Stel in three days we covered a fair range of species.

Canon 1D3 Canon 800mm f/6.3 ISO800 1/320sec tripod.

One blade of grass that bugs me but otherwise I was pleased with the result.

Critique, Comments and advice most welcome.

Thanks for looking

A nice image Barry. The deer stands out well from the black background. :toast:

Yes, it's a fine capture Barry, I might be tempted to give it a lift and a slight touch of sats to bring out the colour of the heather.

A lovely image, I find the blade of grass unoffending, but it's easily delt with! :toast:

Turned out nicely Barry with that dark BG!
Grass stem is easily cloned out and does not really bother me that much..

Well done!

greetings,

Jeroen Stel

Thanks Guy's I have just readjusted the saturation as Andy suggested to give the heather a boost. I tend to post as shot apart from having resize to post.

Which now leads to a further question should any adjustments be completed prior to the size reduction and posting?
