Osprey
This shot was taken in the Scottish highlands. I liked the birds position in this shot as it came straight down the barrel at me
It was great to capture these magnificent birds hunting and to do so on British soil made the experience even more satisfying.
Thanks for all the feedback on my last upload

Nice capture -

From the black back it looks like a rainbow trout (or brook trout cross ?) rather than a wild brown trout so was it taken from a fish farm hide setup?

A great capture
Well done.

Hi Mike, this shot was taken at a fishery in Aviemore and it is a rainbow trout. Managed to get quite a few keepers on my trip:smile:. Wouldn't have fancied my chances as much camped out along a loch
Thanks everyone for all the positive feedback,
Lee

Honey pot shot or not, to get an Osprey flying straight at the lens must have been awesome.

Is this full frame Lee ?
