Hawk ID please

I think this is a white tailed hawk but wanted to see what everybody else thought. It had a solid white front, and I never saw it fly. Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge near Lake Jackson, TX, on Tuesday.

Hi Paula,
It's an adult White-tailed Hawk.

Thanks Nate. I haven't seen very many of these so I was thrilled to get a good look at one, even on a manmade perch.

Definitely a White-tailed Hawk. I used to see them regularly when I lived in Texas but never got very close. Nice find.
