I have been tied to home this week, which has turned out to be a good thing. The colors around here have been amazing! Most landscape shots in this valley tend to be panos, since the mountains are "so in your face". This is one from this morning after it snowed yesterday. Here is a link to a larger image on my site: http://www.montetrumbull.com/galleries/pano/?autoload=Monte_20100923_073443_248_Pano. Click on the 1:1 link on the bottom of the page to view it larger.
Good luck with your fall shooting!

The Sawatch Range is pretty "large and in charge" so panos like yours here definitely do it justice. Thanks for the report. Good to see snow up there, wonder how long it will last with cloudless high pressure skies in the outlook for the next several days.

Your comp for the pano is excellent, and I bet this will print up large just fine. You also managed the dynamic range of light really well.
